Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Personal Training Packages (Lock-In Periods)

  • Some PT packages have a lock-in period of up to 6 weeks.

  • The Client understands that by selecting a locked-in package, they are committing to the full duration.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal circumstances, dissatisfaction, or other external factors.

Online Coaching Packages (Flexible)

  • Online coaching packages are fully flexible with no lock-in period.

  • Clients may cancel at any time by providing notice as specified in their agreement.

  • Refunds are not available for sessions already delivered.

Missed Sessions

  • If a client cannot attend a scheduled session, at least 12 hours notice is required.

  • Provided the notice is given, a make-up session will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.


2. Payment Obligations

  • Clients must make all payments on time according to the agreed schedule.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to the program until all outstanding payments are fulfilled.

  • Access to sessions and program materials will only be granted once payments are up-to-date.


3. Program Access & Modifications

  • Temple Fitness Training reserves the right to modify the program structure, schedule, or content if necessary.

  • Any changes will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.


4. Liability & Health

  • Clients confirm they are in good health and have consulted a healthcare professional before starting the program.

  • Temple Fitness Training is not liable for any health issues or injuries that may occur during sessions or program participation.


5. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during the program will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
