1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Personal Training Packages (Lock-In Periods)

Some PT packages have a lock-in period of up to 6 weeks.

The Client understands that by selecting a locked-in package, they are committing to the full duration.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal circumstances, dissatisfaction, or other external factors.
Online Coaching Packages (Flexible)

Online coaching packages are fully flexible with no lock-in period.

Clients may cancel at any time by providing notice as specified in their agreement.

Refunds are not available for sessions already delivered.
Missed Sessions

If a client cannot attend a scheduled session, at least 12 hours notice is required.

Provided the notice is given, a make-up session will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
2. Payment Obligations

Clients must make all payments on time according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to the program until all outstanding payments are fulfilled.

Access to sessions and program materials will only be granted once payments are up-to-date.
3. Program Access & Modifications

Temple Fitness Training reserves the right to modify the program structure, schedule, or content if necessary.

Any changes will be communicated to the client in a timely manner.
4. Liability & Health

Clients confirm they are in good health and have consulted a healthcare professional before starting the program.

Temple Fitness Training is not liable for any health issues or injuries that may occur during sessions or program participation.
5. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the program will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
